How do I sign up for viwango?

These instructions below are for subscribers only and not for business owners. If you are a business owner and would like to sign up, please click here to create a business owner account with viwango business owner.

Once you sign up, we'll send a confirmation message to the email you provided. You'll need to click the confirmation link in the email before your reviews will appear. Be sure to check your spam folder and any other email tabs if you don't see this email in your inbox.

  1. Go to Join Us
  2. Click Create an Account here
  3. At the User Registration page please enter your first and last name, email address, password, and Phone number then click Submit
How can I change the username on my account?
  1. Go to the My Account section of your account
  2. Click My Profile
  3. Enter the new username you'd like to use
  4. Click Update Profile
How do I change the email address I use to log in to my user account?
  1. Go to the My Account section of your account
  2. Click My Profile
  3. Add or edit your email address
  4. Click Update Profile
How do I change the password for my user account?
  1. Go to the My Accountsection of your account
  2. Click My Profile
  3. Type in your new password in the New password and password boxes
  4. Click Update Profile
How do I change the personal information on my user account?
  1. Go to the My Accountsection of your account
  2. Click My Profile
  3. Change your personal information as needed
  4. Click Update Profile
Is it possible to combine my user accounts?

You shouldn't maintain multiple accounts, please look at our Terms and conditions. However, if you have accidentally created a second account, you can copy any content from the duplicate account and re-post it from your main account.

What is a user account?

A user Account is what you will need to access viwango and see different service provider's ratings, reviews, and price range. You will need to sign up for an account with us in order for you to be able to view different service providers, to write reviews, to rate, and to use any of the features provided by us.

A user account on viwango is for personal use, at no time at all should a user account be used to promote a business, website, event, etc.

We do permit business owners to have personal user accounts, but they cannot be used to promote their own business, nor should they be reviewing or other own businesses.

How do I post a review?

To post a review please sign in to Viwango.

  1. Click Sign in
  2. Search for the business you want
  3. Select the business you want to review.
  4. Go down and click Write a Review
  5. Once you have written you review make sure to click Submit
What if I'm offered a something in exchange for my review?

Please note that you will be going against the Membership Agreement and Terms and Conditions. Legal actions may apply.

Why did my review get rejected?

Reviews may be rejected by our team because they did not meet the guidelines set when you agreed to follow them on the Membership Agreement and Terms and conditions. Please read these agreements to better understand the guidelines. Please feel free to go back to viwango to post another review. We strongly encourage you to do so. User by user you will help each other receive only the best services.

Where is my review?

You can view all the reviews that you have written on Viwango by just following the below instructions:

  1. Sign into Viwango
  2. Click on your name on the top right hand corner of the website
  3. Click on My Account
  4. And click on My Reviews
  5. You will be able to select which business you have left a review on and see the history

How do I add a business to Viwango?

Viwango made it easy for business owners to add their businesses. Please click here to register your business with Viwango. Please note that a normal member account can not be used to create a business owner account. If you may have a member account that you want to convert it to a business owner account please email your request to  help@viwangotz.com so we can assist.

  1. Search for your business to make sure your business is not listed with Viwango
  2. If your business is not listed please click Create A Business Account Here
  3. Please enter the required information for your business and click continue to now create a business user account.
  4. Click Submit
  5. You will receive an email confirmation from us within 24 hours. Please check your spam folder if you haven't received it in your inbox.
